- Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 5,000

📦 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or WhatsApp

❗ Cash on Delivery (COD)
Woods Guard Pro proudly offers Cash on Delivery across most areas of Pakistan for your convenience.
- COD is available on orders under PKR 5,000
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
- COD availability may vary for certain remote areas our team will confirm at the time of order
🔁 Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability:
- Our courier partner will make a second delivery attempt
- Our team may also contact you via WhatsApp or phone to reschedule
- If the order remains undelivered after two attempts, the package will be returned to Woods Guard Pro
- Re-delivery charges may apply for returned orders
📦 Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping:
- Take clear photos of the damaged product immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email
- Woods Guard Pro will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked
